I recently took my vehicle to Bolton due to transmission issues. My vehicle is prone to have low speed shudder in the torque converter at high mileage causing vibration at 30 to 40 mph. I requested a quote to get the torque converter replaced which would have been around 3k. I was ready to get that done and they told me they could probably fix it with a transmission flush, then add new fluid with anti shudder additive which is a much lower cost. This shows integrity. I left my vehicle with them and they did the flush and now it's fixed! I have tried over and over to trigger the shudder with no luck. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. This is my go-to garage for all of our vehicles from now on.

I called talked to Jonathan told him my issues with the truck. I got an appointment for the next morning. I got a text with pictures showing the problem with the truck. Later on same day my truck was repaired. They also do a complete check bumper to bumper to make sure the vehicle has no other issues, that's an amazing service, giving a heads up on issues before they happen. My sister and brother n law recommended Bolton's Garage to me and I will definitely be recommending them too. Jonathan was very polite and knowledgeable the service is amazing. I will definitely be using them again.

If you’re looking for a top tier vehicle service center definitely go to Boltons Garage. I’ve used many shops and always felt like other places half did the job and overcharged for everything but this place is different. When I call they always get me right in to service my cars and you truly feel like they value your business unlike other places. The waiting area is really nice with a large TV, snacks, drinks and clean restrooms. What’s sad is if you think going to the manufacturing dealer to get better service you’re sadly mistaken. I will continue to do business with Boltons Garage and suggest you give them a shot.

I have just gotten my second pickup from BOLTON’s and they fix my first truck where a dog had pulled all the wires from underneath the front end .Im proud to say I took it to the right place the first time! 2nd pickup I have driven it for over 20 years . Start have problems. Ever where else wanted to buy my pickup? I took it to BOLTON’s and talk with them about what I wanted done and as it’s 20 years old and almost 300000 miles . At each new step they fixed the things that I asked for and found the problem no one else would say anything about!! Good Men & Women work there ! I went to Boltons Garage with an issue that had been ongoing for months . Talked with service writer (Jeff Johnsey) explained the situation and he assured me that it was a strange situation but not irreparable. I can not express how great my experience was with Bolton Garage! I was traveling through Jasper and had a major issue with my truck. They helped me get my truck and camper towed to their shop and got me back on the road later that day! Absolutely one of the best Automotive Mechanic experiences I have ever had. They were not to busy to get me in with my emergency and made the impossible come possible! Prices were also great and honest when I could have easily be gouged and done nothing at all about it! 10/10!

The vehicle inspection, that was not asked for or a charge for, was very thorough and informative. There was no pressure to have any repairs other that what was requested performed. The staff in the front office were very friendly and courteous. The office was very clean and inviting, not like some shops / garages. The most important thing in vehicle repair, it works as it should, and the cost was very affordable for the budget. Give them a try ! I don’t believe you would be disappointed.

Very professional, friendly. Really took the time to explain things and when I had to call they either took my call right then or called back promptly. They were most knowledgeable about my problems and even recommended a possible resolution without the high cost of a new transmission. We did as they recommended at a cost of 1300 versus up to 6000! We chose the recommended repairs and my truck F150 2017 with 336,000 original miles with no transmission or motor trouble runs great and I feel like I have a new truck!! The truck runs great no more vibration so thank you!! We highly recommend this garage as they are great and run a great shop!

I don’t live in Jasper but I will tell you that you will find the greatest automotive repair shop in the state as far as I’m concerned. Going above and beyond to take care of a customer is an understatement for Bolton Garage. You just don’t find to many shops anymore that take such good care of the customer like Greg does and that includes Sarah behind the counter. I was in town on business for the day and my alternator decided to go out on my truck. I limped in to the local ford dealer and they couldn’t help me at the time and recommended I go to Bolton Garage and wouldn’t send me anywhere else. Couldn’t find an alternator in town but did find one in Birmingham. I had a trailer with me that I needed to get back to Birmingham so they decided to loan the shop truck to me so I could get the trailer back on time. I was able to pick up the new alternator while in Birmingham and get back to Bolton. Just a couple hours later and they have me on the road again. Just AMAZING SERVICE hands down. I would consider bringing my vehicles to them for service even living over an hour away. Just a flat out top notch garage. Thank you Bolton Garage!

Unbelievable service provided by Jeff and his team for my daughter who was stranded on her way back to school. I can not voice my appreciation enough for this team at Bolton.
