    We are located at 113 Hollis Crump Drive in Jasper, Alabama.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Yes and no. If you would like to bring in your vehicle without an appointment it may take a little more time to diagnose and work on your vehicle. If you have an appointment, then we will look at your vehicle as soon as it is dropped off.

  • Do you allow drop offs after hours?

    Yes, please contact the shop if you are needing to drop off your vehicle after hours. A service writer will send you a one-time code to get in and out of our parking lot to leave your vehicle.

  • Do you provide free estimates?

    Yes, contact our shop to speak with a service writer for an estimate. Have your VIN number ready!

  • Will you contact me before performing additional repairs?

    Yes! We will always contact the customer every step of the way! No repairs will be completed without customer approval.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, card, check, and tap pay. We also offer online pay, just ask your service writer to send you the link.

  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?

    We offer NAPA Synchrony Car Care Financing with convenient 6-month and 12-month promotional financing options for qualified customers. This gives you the flexibility to get the repairs or maintenance your vehicle needs now and pay overtime with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period. Ask us for details or how to apply in-store!

  • Are your repairs covered under warranty?

    We have 12 months, 12k mile warranty. Whichever comes first, we always try to take care of our customers in the best way possible.

  • Do you offer vehicle pick up or towing?

    We unfortunately do not offer towing. Give us a call and we can assist in whatever we can to get your vehicle in and diagnosed.

  • Can I bring my own parts?

    We do not install customer supplied parts due to the warranty that we offer.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?
